What happens if I lose my passkey?
Vault Mode passkeys cannot be recovered because they are securely hashed. Recoverable Mode lets you use the recovery email configured when the lock was created. Support can never read your passkey.
Can I edit or delete a sealed lock?
No. Names, the note, and public lock details become permanent when the lock is sealed. Use the live preview to check everything before payment.
My payment went through but no lock appeared.
Wait a minute, then refresh your dashboard. If the lock is still missing, email Support@lockourlove.com with the account email and payment receipt so we can trace it.
How do Gold and Premium locks work?
Gold is a limited featured placement rented for a week or month; the underlying lock remains permanent. Premium is an annual plan with enhanced lock presentation, gift credits, AI assistance, and custom walls.
